As many of our products are natural crystals and gemstones, each item is unique. Variations in colour, size, shape, markings and natural inclusions are normal characteristics of genuine crystals and should not be regarded as defects.

Images are provided for illustration purposes only. While we endeavour to display products as accurately as possible, colours may vary depending on your screen or device settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, withdraw or modify products at any time without notice.

Pricing, Payment and Orders

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated separately and displayed during the checkout process before your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions and special offers at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

We accept payment using the payment methods made available during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers. Sacred Soul Crystals does not store your full payment card details.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are legally authorised to use the payment method provided;
  • all information supplied is accurate and complete; and
  • you understand that placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected.

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Sacred Soul Crystals is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched, or, in the case of digital products, when the product has been delivered electronically.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • payment cannot be authorised or is suspected to be fraudulent;
  • incorrect pricing or product information has been published due to an error;
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity; or
  • we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If we are unable to fulfil your order after payment has been received, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and issue a full refund using the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within our stated processing times. Delivery estimates provided on our website are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Risk in physical goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided with your order. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate when placing your order. Sacred Soul Crystals cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes your statutory rights under Irish consumer protection law.

Digital Products

Sacred Soul Crystals may offer certain digital products, including downloadable guides, journals, meditation recordings, affirmation cards, printable resources or other digital content.

Digital products are delivered electronically using the method described on the relevant product page or in your order confirmation email.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct and that you have suitable software and internet access to download or access the purchased content.

By purchasing digital content that is made available immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel is lost once the download or access has begun, in accordance with applicable Irish and EU consumer protection legislation.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, defective or not supplied as described.

Digital products are supplied for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, modify, publish or otherwise make the content available to any third party without our prior written permission.

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, your rights to return items are governed by Irish and European consumer protection law together with our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

In summary:

  • Physical products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, health protection or other legal reasons where permitted by applicable law.
  • Digital products supplied for immediate download or access are generally non-refundable once access or downloading has begun, provided you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your statutory right to cancel before purchase.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights where goods or digital content are faulty, damaged, defective or not as described.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased from Sacred Soul Crystals may be redeemed for eligible products available through our online store.

Gift vouchers:

  • are non-transferable unless given as a gift by the purchaser;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law;
  • cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers unless permitted by applicable law;
  • must be redeemed before their expiry date.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019, gift vouchers issued by Sacred Soul Crystals are valid for a minimum of five years from the date of issue unless a longer validity period is stated at the time of purchase.

Where the value of a purchase exceeds the remaining balance on a gift voucher, the difference must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

If the value of a purchase is less than the balance of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will remain available for future purchases until the voucher expires.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of gift vouchers, except where required by applicable law.

Sacred Soul Crystals reserves the right to refuse to honour any gift voucher that has been altered, copied, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability
